Apple Pie Perfect Crust
1 ¼ cup (200g) white flour
¼ cup (50ml) vegetable oil
¼ tsp (1.40g) baking powder
2 tbsp (28g) vegan butter
½ cup (100g) white sugar
2-3 tbsp (30ml) cold water
½ tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
Preheat the oven 180 C (350 F).
In a bowl, mix all ingredients and work the mixture using your hands, feel this turning into a delicious dough through your fingers.
Spread this dough in a baking pan with a removable bottom and mould it with your hands, like pottery play.
Bake it for 25/30 min or until golden.
Pour the filling and bake it more the necessary time for the filling, if needed.
