Chewy Brownie
1 cup (125g) unsalted vegan butter
1 cup (125g) dark chocolate
3 tbsp (45g) flaxseed whites
1 ½ cups (335g) white sugar
¾ cup (115g) plain flour
¼ cup (30g) cocoa powder
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 160/180 C- fan (320/350 F).
Grease a 20cm square baking pan with vegan butter.
Fix a hot water bath in a saucepan. In a heat-proof bowl, add the chocolate with the butter and put it over the water bath previously prepared. Whisk it together till it melts.
Take out of the heat and quickly add the flaxseed whites, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla, and salt.
Whisk all ingredients together and pour this preparation into the greased pan. Bake it for 20-25 minutes or until you see little cracks on the surface.
